1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between us (Artisca Designs)(‘Artisca’) and you (The Client). No alteration to these terms and conditions shall be binding upon ‘Artisca’ unless agreed in writing by us.

2. Fees
2.1 ‘Artisca’s’ fee is not affected by any term or condition included in the contract, letter, appointment, or decision by the Client not to proceed with the work once ‘Artisca’ have received the Customer’s/Client’s acceptance.
2.2 If an order for the planned work has been received and subsequently cancelled less than 24 hours before commencement of works, then the client shall be liable to pay for 25 per cent of the order value.
2.3 If an order for the planned work has been received and subsequently cancelled once the commencement of works have begun, then the client shall be liable to pay for 100 per cent of the order value.
2.4 ‘Artisca’s' total fee is non refundable.

3. Expenses
3.1 Should the Client require ‘Artisca’ to carry out additional work not quoted for, expenses will be agreed with the Client prior to expenditure. All such expenses due from the Client must be paid within 14 days of completion.

4. Payments
4.1 Sums invoiced are payable in full within 14 days from the invoice date.
4.2 ‘Artisca’ reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above HSBC Bank base lending rate from time to time on any overdue sum until paid in full.
4.3 ‘Artisca’ reserve the right to recover from the Client all direct expenses reasonably incurred by ‘Artisca’ in the collection of any overdue sums.
4.4 Any invoice not challenged in writing within 7 days of the invoice date shall be payable in full, save in cases of manifest error in calculation.

5. Retention of Title
5.1 ‘Artisca’ reserve the right to retain ownership of all goods and materials used in completion of the works carried out and completed as per the Client’s specified order, if the invoice relating to that order remains unpaid after ‘Artisca’s’ normal terms of trading or the payment terms as stated on ‘Artisca’s’ respective invoices, relating to those works carried out to completion.
5.2 ‘Artisca’ will not be held responsible for any loss, expense, damage or delay caused to the Client during this period when ‘Artisca’ has retained ownership.

6. Guarantee
6.1 In the event of the Client being dissatisfied with the work carried out, ‘Artisca’ retain full rights to put right the problem, no other contractor shall be involved in any rectification.   Any additional expenses to be agreed between ‘Artisca’ and the Client.  Provided always that this guarantee takes affect only where the Client in accordance with these terms and conditions has duly paid all invoices, and that otherwise this clause shall be void and have no affect.

7. Liability
7.1 ‘Artisca’ is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or delay arising from failure to provide our services, or from negligence, dishonesty lack of skill or misconduct of any member of ‘Artisca’s’ workforce.
7.2 ‘Artisca’ is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or delay arising from any interference or alterations made by the Client to any works carried out and completed as per the Client’s specified order.
7.3 ‘Artisca’ is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or delay arising from inappropriate or inaccurate content being provided by the Client with their request to publish such content as part of the Client’s specified order.
